While looking for my next Parker I fell for this one. I think I should keep this one. 1883 WC Scott extra heavy 10 ga. Must be over 10 lbs. Super origional condition, have done nothing to this gun. Just need to find a case it will fit in.

A fine Scott indeed! Please check the stock head carefully for cracks. If there are none, then please consider the lighter RST loads for this grand lady. She's very mature, and would appreciate a stress-free life.

Thanks Kensal and everyone. I have about 80 rounds of RST Lite with 1 1/8 oz. of no. 5. Glad I saved them. I think they should be OK for this gun. Lots of turkeys around too.

I've got a slightly more slender version, but a near twin otherwise. Mine is stocked really low unfortunately, I'd like to get it restocked but seems like there's always something else to spend money on. How long are your tubes?
