Just a few pictures of shooting some sporting clays with my wife and son. He is 13 and is getting very interested in shooting. He loves the new Parker and I think Side by Sides are his new passion for a while and hopefully for a lifetime.
My wife on the other hand said she would stick to pistols as it "hurt" too much :)
This was at Cherokee Rose Gun Club near Griffin, GA
I am shooting a Parker Trojan 16 GA and he and my wife are shooting a non-parker 20 GA. As you can see, his shoulder got a little sore towards the end (he shot his 50 plus about 25 of his mom's) and he added some padding. This was his first round of sporting clays so we didn't keep an exact score but he hit about 30 out of 75 so he was pleased
As soon as we were finished he asked when we were going back, so I think I need to get a side job to pay for the future ammo needs :)
