I have recently acquired a Parker Double Barrel and would like to find the age and value of the gun. S#194352

Made in 1921 and likely of minimum value due to it being a Trojan which was the entry level of Parker shotguns - falling even below the grade-0. Minimum value unless it is in very high original condition.

Hi Bill, Dean is correct but you can learn a lot more by joining PGCA and ordering a letter on your gun, one is available according to the serial # search under Parker identification.
By joining and then posting pictures of the gun to the sight you'll have access to input from the rest of the membership. Any observations of course are general. In your case as Dean already stated it isn't the crown jewels but all Parkers are nice guns and the value can range from a few hundred to over a thousand or more, in fine original condition it could be twice that or more. Even if monetarily it ends up being in the hundreds it could have a history and regardless won't loose any value. I love shooting my parker Trojans not just because they perform beautifully but as every time I do it connects me to a by-gone era. Bottom line is at minimum a letter helps determine and add value to your gun. Can't go wrong. Have fun!
