Every student & collector of fine firearms should have a copy of "Treasures of the NRA National Firearms Museum, featuring the Robert Petersen Collection" by Jim Supica, Doug Wicklund & Philip Schreier, currently available at the bargain price of $12.99 on Barnes & Noble website. 300 color pages of some of the most ornate, rare & valuable guns at the NRA Museum in Fairfax, VA. Many color pages devoted to highly engraved guns, double rifles, shotguns, British & Italian engraved shotguns, Parker Invincibles, etc. I cannot recommend highly enough:

The Petersen collection is the best collection of sporting shotguns ever assembled. The National Firearms Museum in Fairfax, VA is open every day and admission is free. Allow about three hours just for the Petersen Room. Plans are in the works to move the Invincibles into this room, because they are part of the Robert Petersen donation of 450 plus items.

Thanks for the heads up on this book. I'm now awaiting my copy and hope to one day visit the National Firearms Museum and view this fine collection.
