It still shoots great!!

I took my new Sbt 20 ga. out this weekend and it still breaks targets. I shot a 23 and a 23 in 15 to 20 mph wind. You do have to shoot fast it that kind of wind. A few got away but I did not care. The gun fits me like a glove and shoots just the way I like it. A little high and no recoil with 7/8 oz. 20 ga. It made my weekend. So far, I know it was made in 1917 for the US District Attorney in Portland, Or. whose name was W.C. Bristol and I have a list from Griffin and Howe of past owners but it is a small list. I will take some pics of the gun this weekend and put them on here. Thanks, Frank

Thanks for the post, Frank. What are the A&F names? Maybe I can help you. I have not forgotten the other information on the gun that I promised you. We do need to have a shoot somewhere in the Midwest for SBTs and have it open for ever brand of gun. I think it would be fun and be nice to see all the different SBT out there. I would be up for starting this if there is enough interest. Thanks, Frank

I would love to have it some where in the Midwest. I do travel a lot but if I am going to pack up a bunch of SBTs, I would like to have it within a couple 100 miles. In Wi., Il., Mi. I just think it would be great to get this beautiful guns out in the daylight and have some fun with them. Let me know if people are interested and I will start to set it up. What would be the best time of the year for this??? Frank
