Here are the pictures of 50375 discussed in a previous thread. It was restored very tastefully some time ago and I am looking forward to shooting it.

that is just very cool, thanks

I do get a kick out of some one asking for 36 inch barrels AND a lightened frame

I agree with Ed, that is a terrific restoration. The craftsman who did it sure knew his job.

Where's the balance point on this one?

A dollar says it is right on the pin.

I was pondering that, as well. I'm guessing it's an 0 Frame.
Beautiful and unique gun. Looks like good dimensions too.

The pre-struck barrel weight is 4 lb., 2 oz. My 0-Frame 16 ga. LAM 1 has 28" barrels and the pre-struck weight is 3 lb., 5 oz. That's more than 3/4 lb. lighter. Presently my barrels weigh exactly 2 lb., 13 oz. What do yours weigh?

You have no idea how pleased I was to see not one but two posters make reference to "lightening" of the frame and not "lightning" of the frame.

The gun ballances 2" in front of the pin and is a 0 frame. Sorry but I don't have a kitchen scale to get a barrel weight.

Thanks for all the nice comments.

Boy, I know how much work and time is involved on finding these outstanding guns. If I could find my damn keys and remote I'd be happy.

Keys... hmmmm.... what are they for again??? Something to do with the car maybe??

Outstanding Parker, Brian. I have to ask, this is the brianedward I bought the Ithaca NID 3" 12 gauge built on a magnum 10 frame from a couple of months ago, isn't it? If so, I haven't taken it out duck/goose hunting yet, but I may this weekend. Looking forward to it.
