Is there a way to search the data base to see how many guns were ordered by Charles Dockendorf. He was a duPont Powder Rep.for 11 yrs., and a Pro. Trapshooter in early 1900's. He moved to the Northwest and represented the Western Cart. Co. and had major influence in the trapshooting sport in the west for the next 30+ yrs. I have one fo his guns with a note stating "To shoot July 1, 1913 and then it becomes his personal property." on the order.

Bill: I find your post most interesting seeing how I have his VHE 20 Ga with straight grip and 32 inch barrels. Thomas

Thomas that VHE sounds like quite a gun, please post some pics. I have fallen in lust with long barreled small bore guns. Both mine are in 16ga but I always have an ear to the ground looking for a 20.

Thomas, I have been researching C. Dockendorf for several weeks now and have a lot of info. My gun was also ordered 32", straight grip. I'll try to keep you posted on what I find.
