I know it's not a Parker but I fell for this early Ithaca 4E single barrel trap made in 1924. It has a 32" barrel and full choke .041 . Here are a few pictures

Great old guns. The Ithaca Single Barrel Trap won the Grand American Handicap a lot of times. From the 1949 Ithaca Gun Co., Inc. catalogue --

Like that. What a nice gun. Is it a 12ga.

yes it's a 12ga 2 3/4 inch, I don't think they made them in any other gauges ,except maybe a special order, I think a 20 ga is shown in the Ithaca book but it's a Flues not a Knick.

I had a 4E double trap for a while. It was a nice gun but I just didn't use it enough to justify haveing it. i would love to find a 4E in a 20ga. The itahca guns are a great value IMHO.
Congrats on your new trap gun, a very nice find.

I have a 5-E built in 1932 and would like to find out more about it. Is there an Ithaca site?

I have a 4E flues from 1916. It is one of my two go to trap guns and a real delight. Fits great, shoots about 60/40 and floats birds very well. My grand father picked it up second hand in the 1930s. Many that I have seen have nice case color as they mostly go from the safe or closet to the trap range then get put back. Little time in the elements. That said without the safty mine was a great live bird gun for doves when I lived in Pennsylvania.
Not verified but I heard Annie Oakley used one to shoot in the 90s on her fiftieth birthday.
