First let me apolgize for the interuptions for the in phone-e-mail service. Our production schedule has been set back by about three weeks. We have moved into a new facility. I had no idea how confusing it would be to deal with multiple contractors. I had to oversee all of the upgrades and we are very close to completion. Our open for business date is June 18 th. Tuesday.
I will do my best to return phone calls and e-mails as soon as possible. Please be patient.
Our Phone # is 616-459-3636 The same as it has been. Our new address is 700 Plymouth N.E. Grand Rapids Michigan 49505. We are 1 mile from our old location. I have undertaken many Vast improvements In all of our processes and now have the room to do them at a level never before possible. Our Lead times should be reduced greatly.
Again,thank you for your patience
Thanks Brad

Well, My wife and I finally got to Michigan, We are in South Haven, you know I just had to stay in a place with the word South in it! Got to get used to the kind of food they eat here Smelt? I thought that's what you do with iron ore, guess I was wrong, Had to turn down my radio they said it was too loud, and I had to play something other than "Take Me Back to Old Virginia" Seriously I am looking forward to our trip to Bachelders this afternoon, he is about 50 miles away as the crow flies. And will be meeting some friends here also. Gary

Jeff's obviously never eaten Great Lakes smelt - delicious!
Jeff - Off topic. Have you ever run into Tom and Becky Batcheller? They have a place on Okoboji. I'll be chaising roosters at Tom's "No Wives Ranch" in October.

Our trip to Brad's yesterday was good, lot's of nice guns and he has a really nice facility, Looks like he has been working 24-7 to get it just right, but that is the way the man works, got to take a tour which I appreciated cause I know he is busy, Looked at a beautiful set of Bernard barrels that belonged to one of our members, I also enjoyed looking at the different operations he does to produce the wonderful work that comes out of his shop, Megan enjoyed meeting Lori his wife and their son and daughter, a real family business. Thanks Brad for taking the time to show us around, Gary

Gary - two of the largest numbers in the universe are 1.) the number of hangovers resulting from a night of smelt dipping, and 2.) the number of smelt thrown away when the drunken dippers reaized that they really shouldn't have brought home a garbage can full of smelt, and figured that about 100 was all the smelt they wanted to clean. The rest got buried.
