A Little Help From My Friends

Gents, I'm a bit perplexed and could use some help.

I have a picture of the PGCA shooters at the Challenge a couple of weeks ago and can't put a name on positions 2, 7, 8, and 9 of the front row in red hats. Can you please tell me the names of those shooters?
