Boy i wish i could find a nice Parker hammer auto like the one in this pict:whistle:. The old shells just fly out:cool:.

Thanks Dave. That lil 16 ga. automatic hammer gun of mine opens and shuts faster that the eye can detect. I've gotta be real careful not to get my fingertips pinched as I'm stuffin' new loads into it... I do have a couple of blood blisters from that darn contraption. ;)

Not for a long, long time my friend.
This one is one of my favorite shooters. It is a great little game getter and a good clay buster too.... if I do my part.

I once read about an "automatic" double barreled fowler made by Holland & Holland. As I remember, it was made back in the last quarter of the 19th century. It had a single trigger. The shooter drew a bead on a raft of ducks floating on the water and pulled the trigger.---About a half a second later the second barrel fired "automatically". Supposedly it would kill yet more ducks on the rise. A true market-hunters dream.------I suspect that Destry probably owns it today.---Daryl

Let me just say that Daryl's case for that gun was over 7 feet long!! :shock:
