What terrible news. I wore my Steve Barnett cap today to shoot sporting clays before I heard the news. I will try to dig out the photos of me dressing as Steve Barnett for the Southern Side by Side one year when he couldn't make it. Maybe someone else has those pictures.

I was told in confidence some time ago and do not remember the specific cancer, but cancer nonetheless.
