I'm sure he did better than my score on doves this year (only one hunt): Two empty shells, no birds in the game bag !

They are humbling...to say the least.

They are not illegal in Mizzurah... until the 16th one that is. My little Springer had the time of her life fetchin' up my daily 15 and they were damn good deep fried.

Don, we have never met, however I consider you a very knowledgeable collector. Needless to say , you've handled some nice Parkers in your day. So I take your words as a true compliment. Thank you, Paul

Paul I know it's a long way from Erie Colorado to Easton Maryland so your gun may receive an absentee vote for the peoples choice award this year.

Hey Paul,
I'm on the Western Slope. We opened Dove season with my new (1892) DHE Damascas and new CHE (1928)....if you're out this way our Phesant season just opened and we'll hunt all winter, get in touch.

Out here in Kansas, where we usually have great dove shoots, Mother Nature took care of us with rain and cold fronts, needless to say, Labor Day week end was pretty much it. However.
I had a double with my 20ga CHE, first time. Son John from Kansas City could let old Dad
have his glory minute and nailed a double right after that. JVB
