yes thanks so much for thee info. I figured the gun had been re-habed. It currently wears a straight english stock. whoever did the work it appears first rate. tang was lengthened, serials all match, rust blued re cased. Great barrels. I liked the gun for a shooter so I bought it. I wish I could post pictures I think you would like the gun. This is my first Parker. I have a Fox A Grade #4 barrels and an AyA 453 16. Im kind of 16 orientated Citori 16 and really nice A5 Sweet 16 ribbed gun round knob Belgium. I am a hunter and not a collector.
