Jostam recoil pad

I have new old stock Anti Flinch Jostam pads, what size, how many slots and what is the screw spacing.

The rough measure of the existing pad is 4-7/8 x 1-5/8
The hole spacing is 3-1/4
The number of slots 7

I don't see seven slots. Are we discussing a pad not on the last picture?

Yes 6 slots
Also I was able to take it out for some skeet shooting today
The left is very open either skeet or cal and the right barrel is extra full
Took awhile to get used to.
The fit and finish is similar to my model 21
