Default Rst shells with bulging crimps

Hello, Steven once again I ordered some 12ga 2 1/2 lites in #6 and #7 1/2 has anyone every had a problem with rst shells about 5 out of 100 shells being delivered with bulging crimp 4 of the 5 aren't bad but 1 is horrible. The 6 boxes of #7 1/2 seem okay.

Thanks, Steven.

I have had opening crimps with RST reloads. I assume I am not crimping them deep enough or overfilling them with components. I guess the same thing can happen at the factory.

If you're talking from the factory, no I've never had a problem.

I would call RST. They would likely appreciate the feedback. And I've never had an issue although I'm only using 16 and 20.

I had one bad shell from RST; don't remember exactly what was wrong with it. I contacted them and they wanted it back to figure out what happened; they paid the shipping and sent me a couple of pin badges and some logo ball points for my trouble.
