Yes definitely, well known amongst gents who shoot and reload a lot of 28’s. Unless Remington has changed the polymer recently, 28g STS hulls will get ratty crimps after 3 reloads.
Just an aside, while at the Vintage Cup last September, a well known vendor had Winchester AA 28's at only $11.00 per flat more than NobelSport 28's. A no brainer.
