In the one image, you can see a slight gap with the plate. You can move it around with a finger. With the barrels off, the cocking lever should be to the right, with the hammer plate up. You can manually push it up into position by moving the lever to the right and it will stay. Or you can manually push it back down. With the gun assembled, it cocks, fires, and ejects. My bigger fear is finding parts. Especially since it is a .410. I'm bringing it by a shop on Monday. Just trying to get an idea.
