i t will blast them nearly as good as useing 8 ga shells it hard to believe how well they pattern if your gun has some choke in it...i have fired some magnum 12 ga thru themnp problems with the added weight of the 8 ga gun it makes even mag 12 loads seem tame....but i just mostly shoot walmart brand 12 ammo them dr pepper cans dont know the differance.....charlie
