Parker Bros. never produced a gun with letters in the serial number.

Without the real serial number we can't verify how and with what features it was manufactured.

Who's on First?
We've got two separate conversations going on here. The OP still hasn't given a SN of the Cleveland Gun, Bobby's talking about a 236,XXX GHE. Bill's trying to confuse us with 1900 on a 1928 gun, and Dean, well, you know Dean, He's just being silly.

Ok now I'm confused (not a big leap) by your statement. I have guns that there is a letter usually a N prior to the serial number. Did you mean something like 123N456?
Could just the rib have been replaced for some reason?
