Contact Charlie Herzog, if I recall correctly Charlie has the original creation, in color, that his daughter copied of the single Parker & woodcock. His cell number is 573-883-0090 and home number is 573-883-5620.

I talked to Charlie today and he doesn't have it. He said it was decades ago.
But thanks anyway. It was nice to chat with him but he was busy planting turnips.
