I have seen A-1s, Invincibles, and totally unengraved examples. Only Mr. Gournet knows how many he engraved to A-1 level.
I thought that was an obvious observation that I never thought of so I asked him ....... 80 was the answer for production and about the same for the ones in the white. I updated the tables based on his response.
