It's really amazing that they can't make this work because of an upgrade on the computer system, they have blocked out X number of rooms for the PGCA, so if the computer isn't working there is always pen and paper....... Three pieces of notebook paper that has 25 lines per page, put down how many of the rooms are single or doubles then when someone calls put name down on the paper and when the computer is updated, update the computer from the sheet of paper...no can't do that, it's too complicated...!.
