Ah, to be picky it's not really a lever on the under side of the action, like a Jones under lever is a lever. Parker termed the action "lifter action" and that's really what it is, a lifting bar.
Similarly it's not an under lifter either, since Parker made no side or top lifters.
I know, picky picky. Just using the Parker terminology.
