I bought the gun on gunbroker last night it is being shipped to me now, it is in pretty bad shape damascus barrels have pits and have been cut to 25" though he says bores are shiny. The stock looks like someone tried to checker it with a knife, the forend is beat up but original, stock possibly is as well. Frame is pretty good with pretty good engraving but has scratches, screws are decent. Add said it was a GHE but further examination after I bid was that it was a GH. Anyway it looks like I got A new project. I would love to find some special steel barrels for 26'' preferably IC/M. But would also like to get damascus barrels cleaned up and rust blued to show fine damascus pattern.
