I would use those great 1 1/4 ounce pheasants in #6 for pheasant and turkey. I would fill the rest of the ten boxes with the 1 1/16 ounce, roll crimped 2 1/2" paper in #7. This load is the prettiest shell RST makes, with a clear top wad showing the shot, and a beautiful light red paper hull. I watched 5000 of these shells being loaded and the "machine" just loves to load that load.
