It would be nice to hear something from those who drummed up the new venture as well as from subscribers.

True, Daniel used to write a very nice ‘column’ in each issue and would communicate in it with his readership.

I never subscribed because I abhor podcasts and can’t listen to someone read to me. I know how to read. Garden and Gun and Project Upland are also added to my dead pile after their drivel annoyed me enough.

I personally don't expect to hear anything about the Volume 3 DGJ or the Rose and Scroll project in the immediate future. I especially don't expect a reply to my offer for assistance. He asked, I responded, then only silence. I hope the ninety dollar guys get their money's worth.

I deleted the app from my phone and don’t follow it. Very disappointing. Obviously I will not be renewing.

So, again, I’ve subscribed. It’s not a podcast, but is a digital production that is pretty classy. So far it’s just a rehash of previous articles. The most recent being Mr. Kidd’s piece on Fox small bores. I read the original back when, so it was not all that engaging for me. They are soliciting new material. Not sure I’ll renew, but I always want to try to support efforts like this which are few and far between.

I know it's not a podcast Garry. I'm a visual learner and reader, I hear the Charlie Brown teacher when I'm listening to someone read to me, and that includes audio books. "Whawawwaaaahhhh Charlie Brown...."

Andy, there were days in my teaching career when I was sure I sounded like that to my students.

That's my problem with it too Garry... just a compilation of already printed articles from the Very classy Double Gun and Single Shot Journal.
I wonder if they have solicited nesw material?? Sure would be nice... it would get me to renew, I think.

How about an article on that special hammer gun…from the former editor of Parker Pages? I’m sure I’d enjoy and learn something from that. Seems like a lot of potential from our own membership.
