Default Cheddite primers from BPI, up up and away

They took another pretty big price jump today. $321.75 per 5000 plus shipping and hazmat.

That's a double in price in the last two years, correct?

Price doesn't mean much when they are out of stock. They were much lowere than that a couple of months ago when they had them. I sometimes think that is part of the game; raise the posted price when you have them, let demand and nervousness build and then declare a sale at a lower price when you have them.

We do have some control by refusing to buy. If all of us did not panic buy then the price would reflect the lack of demand. There is an adage i learned as a young contractor that if you get every job you price you are too low. One of every three and you're about right. I asked myself what i would do in their position and the answer is raise the price until i found resistance then drop until the item was hard to keep in stock.

I just got 5K in at the "old" price. With freight and Hazmat under $300 AND glad to have'em.
