I was at Hidden Hollow again today doing some prep work and RST's distinctive red tent is up in its regular location. No inventory inside when I left, but Ernie told me Morris will be at the tent tomorrow.

I think the farthest from the "tent" I have found him was wandering around at Dixon's Gunmaker's fair a few years back
