ISO forearm for VH 12 ga ,frame 1 1/2, Vulcan, 1919 production, SN 185xxx Thank you!

Wood? Metal? Both?

I would like to find a complete forearm wood and metal. I see reproductions wood needing fitting for iron, that would be my lesser choice.

I saw some on EBAY after changing my search criteria, Thanks . Any way of knowing if a forearm listed as VH will fit a 1 1/2 12 ga frame as well a 2? Two's more common ,1 1/2 fewer? And date of manufacture, should look for a serial number close to the one I have?Thank you,

I sold a fabulous VH forend to Bill Murphy a few years ago. If he hasn’t married it to a gun he may be willing to move it along to you… but it won’t be cheap. It was far from cheap when I sold it. It has some outstanding provenance.

1-1/2 and 2 frame forends are the same width.
