Brian, Thanks and yes that was my thought as well. I already have acquired a new DHE forearm wood that came from a 12ga of the correct frame size 2. I will continue looking for a new latch to replace this one. As long as the ejector parts are correct and serviceable I will have what I need to move forward. Thanks again for your assistance.

If you end up needing a latch assembly, let me know.

Will do, Thanks Brian.

Brian

I finally received that forend I purchased from the gunsmith in the UK. It was in pretty bad shape. The wood is on its last leg and the latch is heavily rusted. But all of the rest of the metal was in dirty but good condition. I cleaned it all up and with only minor fitting adjustments I was able get it to work on that 12ga Frame 2, DHE I bought. I will eventually need to replace the latch and the wood, which I may reach out to you for the wooden forearm maybe one of your beavertails. Thanks again for your input.
