Not in the league with Rich, but a 1906 VH 16 gauge on a 0 frame with 28" barrels. Just got it yesterday. 6.1 Lbs.

Stephen congrats and just in time for Grouse season:bowdown:

I didn't buy it but I was sure tempted. I was at L.L. Bean in Freeport Maine today and handled a very nice 16 ga. VH on a 1 frame with 30" barrels. It has sling swivels and I don't know if they were installed in Meriden or later. Asking price is $1,499 and I thought that price is more than reasonable for such a nice Parker. It has nice modern dimensions too. Still kickin' myself.

Just call them and use your Visa....it's everywhere you want to be anyway...the big brown truck will deliver it and thats like an early Christmass present.....AND you save on gas, a win win for everyone:rotf:

If you use your L.L. Bean card you save 15%.

Here is my latest that followed me home from the Southern. This is before PGCA's records start, but it looks like an early Grade 2 to me. It is a 12 gauge lifter with Damascus barrels.

Nice one Mills.

Mills,
That pic with the little fella is great. I can't help but think he's saying to himself "Yeah, dad thinks this is his..." Cheers, Marcus |
