I have been reloading 16ga 3/4oz 2 1/2" with International powder, a published load. International is difficult to locate so I developed the same load using Unique.

Very useful thank you Craig
Is that a DR16 as in Downrange? I've had trouble getting that in the past, is there a replacement?

As far as I know the DR16's are not made anymore.

When I heard Down Range was closing I bought a life time supply. My guess is Claybuster will buy the DR molds.

I think I'll substitute a Super G from Precision and submit it for testing. If I get to that I'll post it, I have quite a bit of Unique.

International is my go to load with the DR16 wad in 16 ga. Unfortunately,I am on my last pound of it. I use Universal for 7/8 oz loads and still have a 4 pounder of that. I'll put that Unique load in my reloading notebook. Thanks for sharing your data, Craig

Not a 2 1/2" 16 gauge low pressure load but a 2 3/4" low pressure 16 gauge load that I worked up this spring and sent off to Precision to test. Question was asked and I failed to originally post, these are 7/8 0z loads

Thanks Steve. That’s fairly low pressure for 7/8. I have plenty of DRs and some CBs and 572.
Thanks again
