Marty: If you like the gun & it fits you write the check. The gun is priced fairly IMHO. And that is a "killer" piece of wood. It wouldn't surprise me at all if it was from Rinehart Fajen's shop.

The owner of the gun had no idea how it was choked. An individual that was a couple of tables down from the owner had a bore micrometer and he measured the bores. All we were looking for was the constriction. I didn't get the number on the first barrel but he said it was definitely full. The other constriction was .014. I remember it because of our discussion that it was between Mod and IC.

Marty: I believe that Bill was referring primarily to wall thickness. That is a big deal. The condition of the barrels determines the value of the gun.

The bores should be about .729 to .733. If they are bigger than that, they have been modified from original.
