Why can't you create your own? What features are you looking for that can't be set up on a spreadsheet? I did one what has gun type, manufacturer, model, gauge, caliber, serial number, estimated value, and special notations for unique features, added scopes, etc. PM me with your email, and I'll be happy to send you my format.
