Here is what I reload. Tested
16 gauge
Win 209 primer
1/2” Cheddite shell
1 ounce lead
SG16 wad
17.7 grains of Longshot powder
Used Bushing 18 mec
1086 fps
5100 psi
These are fold crimped when tested
But I have recently been into roll crimping which lowers the pressure more
