Looks to be a nice Grade 3 Parker 12 gauge. Also known as a D grade, hammerless with ejectors. I can't tell for sure what the barrel length is, maybe 30"? That barrel length is pretty common for a 12 gauge. Also it is on the 1 1/2 frame size, which is also a common size for a 12 gauge. It has its original skeleton steel butt plate which is a positive. Your dad had great taste in shotguns!
