I can find my posts on my user command post but it doesn’t show up on my forums list. I refresh the browser too and still nothing.

Mine is the same way. You need to tap on the non-parker specific header and that will open up the categories under that header.

I have it on the laptop but it must be a cell phone issue

My phone always works like that. Just tap on the banner and it opens the 4 or 5 forums in the category.

Finally opened on my phone. Never had that issue before today. It is what it is.

See the image below? Click where the RED ARROW is pointing. My guess - you were clicking around the page and just happened to press the wrong button..? Just a guess, of course.....
