How was it sold and whose name was on the receiver? Yes, there are those of us who collect single traps, and not only Parkers. I have a neighbor who has from C to A and an A1 Special upgrade by Robert Runge. He also has outrageous single barrel Smiths and and Bakers. The Fox collectors are on the hunt for singles also.

Bill Thanks for your response. This Parker single barrel trap was orginally owned by my grandfather. He used to shoot trap at Alantic city during the 20's. Following his death 1950 ,one of his sons tooked it to New Hampshire. My father ( the oldest of the brothers) obtained it from him ~ 1968. After my father died it was passed on to my brother. Following his death, 1992 I found out from his wife that he had sold all his "stuff" before he died. The gun may have been refinished by Larry Del Greggo in Illian,N.Y.The name on the receiver ' A M Hildebrand, supposedly done by the factory.I have been trying to locate it eversince. Regards, Bob H.

Robert,

Only a small percentage of the PGCA members read this forum. You might want to consider placing a Wanted Ad in The Parker Pages.

I have not seen this gun, but it would not be hard to identify.

Thanks Bindlestiff, I may do that. I know it's a very long-shot, but who knows? Bob H.

I just received a phone call from the buyer. He is sending it back. First time this happened in over fifty internet sales!

Bill,
I just started a new thread as per your instructions.

Errol,

I deleted your new thread because only PGCA members may sell guns on these PGCA forums. That includes advertising those guns for sale on other sites.

Your moderator,
Mark

Errol,

If you are going to sell a gun on this forum you must be a member of the PGCA.

Please see the membership section on the main PGCA page. It is the best $40 per year that you will spend.

Thank you in advance,
Mark

Mark,
I didn't know how to tell Bill that I can supply him photos, if he is interested, for more info. on the SBT. If he will just send me his email I will send the photos directly to him. Just trying to help those with a great interest in the SBT. I am not a Parker collector, in fact I have only owned two in fifty years of collecting. I am a gunsmith and FFL dealer.

Errol,

As a new forum member you did not know any better.

If Bill or any other long time member is interested they can search for your listing on Guns International.

Respectfully,
Mark
