i have killed a few trees myself - but my favorite was a friend who swung on a grouse - fired and only to watch the unscathed grouse escape not knowing how he could have missed the easy shot - as he was looking after the grouse - the top of the tree that took the charge fell on him.


the woods need thinning away and at least you had a nice day to tour "God's Country" as those pottering folks like to say.
