I was using the AHE .410 sold at Reddings a few years ago as an illustration. Redding sold the AHE gun for 11%, no buyer's premium, total commission $12,760.00. At the Detroit auction, assuming a 25% commission and 18% buyer's premium, total commission $49,880.00. The difference in the two commissions would be $37,120.00 and Redding seemed to draw a pretty good crowd, at least enough to get $116,000.00 for the shotgun. I added a few words to my post to correct what I incorrectly stated. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

I did a phone bidding while I was in the North Michigan deer woods, there was one gun I really wanted, and a couple of others, but the prices went sky high very quickly. All I ended up with was a Trojan 16 ga
