Default What Grade?

I have a Parker Bros. with laminated barrels and exposed hammers. From information on the website, I was able to figure out that it was manufactured in 1891, Frame Size 1, Barrel Weight 41, but I haven't found anything about guns with no grade marked that were made this late. I'd love any input you have to offer. I've attached photos of the water table and barrel lug. I found it interesting that the website said the number on the barrel lug (?) is not a serial number, but a sequence number, yet mine matches the serial number on the water table.

Likely a grade O.

The number on the barrel lug and on the water table is the serial number. The Serialization Book lists it as a PT 12 gauge with 30" barrels.

Would the L on the flats confirm it has laminated barrels? Wouldn't that suggest a grade 1? The Parker Story has no laminated barrels in the 0 grade barrel material summary chart, and 2,275 in the grade 1 barrel chart. From what I've read here there were no absolutes in the Serialization or Parker Story when it comes to barrel steel though.

What is actually on the gun and its rib description trumps what the Serialization Book states.

Correct Bob and they are rarely or never seen on a Grade 0 gun. But with the various Laminated barrel types we have seen them up to Grade 4.
