I think you must be referring to gunbroker lot no. 231082172

This gun is a Grade 1 with amatuer engraving and a faked grade marking on the water table.

It's really kinda cute and might qualify as "folk art" if the water table hadn't been stamped "CH" in order to dupe a future buyer.
