Parting Shots
A second Hoosier Classic is now in the books. Attendance was up this year with 49 shooters present. The weather Gods could not have been kinder as we were dealt with a perfect day. Things went much smoother this year as my preparedness was a little off last year, lessons learned. We had 7 PGCA members present and at least 1 forum associate. The LC Smith gang had 4 members in attendance that I am aware of. Door prizes were able to be offered thanks to RST, Elk Creek Sporting Clays, J&J Liquor, Tri-County Coon Hunters Sporting Clays and the Hoosier SxS Classic.
Jeff Kuss and myself put on a long barreled Parker display. Member Chuck Ziegler had his Ithaca NID 7E and shooter Russ Roeder brought his Fox FE for display. Neals Chop Shop out of Greensburg catered a pulled pork lunch that was excellent. Member Brian Smith's wife Catherine helped with the lunch. Many thanks to her as her help is so much appreciated. After the shooting and lunch everyone hung around for a while to talk guns and look at guns. Of course we had some refreshments and cigars. I will attach a few pics but I must apologize for the lighting in the building, poor place to take gun pictures.
