I called the Quality Vestal yesterday and they knew nothing of any blocked rooms for PGCA or the Northeast Side by Side. However, their everyday rate was $94 bucks, five bucks less than the special rate. The Vestal Quality and the Sanford Hampton must be owned and managed by the same Three Stooges. On a good point, when I arrive, there is always a room for me.
