John, I am not sure how to get on their list of cooperators or even if they intend to survey again this fall. They contacted me as I have contributed to wing surveys many years. I suspect that if you e-mail Lisa Williams at the PA Game Commission she will be able to provide the information you need. I have not yet received any correspondence from them this year but it is still a bit early.
