Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..
John D.

Q1/Q2 20/16 set
I have a 20/16 repro set both barrels are 28" long choked Q1/Q2 the 20ga. is .003/.006 , the 16ga. is .004/.006. I have not paterned them as yet...Its a very rare 28" combo set, PG-DT-SF. I found it at Ivory Beads a few years back. They had a big asking price, 11500.00, they had the gun listed for 6 months or so........I made a offer of 8K ....no go, weighted 6 more months and made the offer again, that did it....SOLD..... (-: I think Parker Reproductions gun smiths left the 28ga. and 20 ga. full barrels choked too tight...the full 20-s range in at .037 or .038 the 28-s come in at about the same? The 12ga guns and 16-s are not that tight ...they come in at .024 for my full 16 and .035 on the full 12ga. Thats correct for the 12 and just under choke for the 16?, the 16ga is listed at .026 for full on my charts. The above report for the 28ga. with .040 of choke sounds good, 18" patern at 25 yards is great! I would like to also know the percentage of shot in that patern? Should be 85-90% I would think? I shoot my 28ga repro fairly well with the tight ckokes...I did own a Merkel that was choked IC/MOD that shot like a rifle!...the target had to be covered up dead on or you missed! I think it was shooting a tad low? Anyway its history now and Im very happy with the guns from Jack Skues...thanks all Kenny Graft SXS in snowy Ohio....(-:
