That appears to be a nice grade 6 hammer gun. It looks the wood is indeed the worst part, but I think it could be fixed with a hard to see repair by some of the better stock guys. I think it is possible that one of the hammers is a replacement although a period correct one. My guess the right hammer since that is the one that often breaks. The reason I think this is that the engraving is similar but not exact on the two and the checkering on the thumb pads is different shapes. Hardly worth fretting over though. I hope you get it!
