Parker Case? For which Gun?

Your case is only a "Parker" case in that it houses a Parker shot gun. It appears to be a Brady canvas and leather VC case, made in England, most likely in the 1970's or 80's. These were standard in green felt. The combination lock is of clearly modern manufacture.

The silver oil bottles and snap caps are not original Parker, none exist, and were made in England in the 1980's. They were imported into the US by Dave Parker of Olathe , Kansas , and many were sold through an ad in the Parker Pages. The Olathe Gun Shop remains a prolific dealer in old Parkers.

The paper case label is a fanciful label that was and still is available in distressed and not distressed reproductions from Mike Messina, Long Island. I understand that the labels were designed by Marvin Huey in the 1970's when he lived in Reed Springs , Missouri. They are available in leather at Galazan's. No known true Parker case labels exist.

That said, your case provides a nice presentation for a Parker.
