Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..
John D.

16 Gauge 0 frame vs. 16 gauge 1 frame
There is lots of talk on here about 16 gauge Parkers and particularly the 0 frames compared to 1 frames. I recently acquired a 0 frame and thought to put it next to my 1 frame from several years ago, just to see the comparison for myself. These are two GH grades about 200 serial numbers apart.
The one on top with refinished barrels is the one frame. Done by Dale Edmonds and sure wish he was still around to do the ones on my 0 frame

I have a 1 frame GH 16 that had an inch relieved from the barrels YUCK . And a I have a relatively recently acquired VH 16 on a 1 frame .
I want and or need a GH 0 frame as well as a VH 0 frame preferably one with 28" barrels and the other with 26" . I have no idea if I'll feel a difference but my anal need to posses one of this and one of that fuels the fire
